Who we are
One company, because the gap between two is where jobs fail
Sibambo (Pty) Ltd operates two divisions. Logistics moves goods by road across South Africa and stores them in between. Construction builds and refurbishes, civil and building work alike.
Plenty of companies do one or the other. Running both in one business is a deliberate choice, and it comes from watching the same failure repeat: a load arrives on a site that is not ready, or a crew waits on material that left late, and the transporter and the contractor each have a fair explanation. Nobody owns the gap, so the client absorbs it.
Keeping both under one roof puts that gap inside our business instead of yours. One operations desk plans the trucks and the site against each other. One contract, one invoice, one person to hold responsible.
How we work
Say the hard thing early
Every supplier says they communicate. What that usually means is good news travels fast and bad news arrives with the invoice.
We run the other way round. If a date is at risk you hear it the day we know, not the week it lands. If a scope change is going to cost money, you get the number before we do the work, not after. If a job is outside what we do properly, we say so and you keep your time.
None of that is complicated. It is just uncomfortable, which is why it is rare, and it is the whole reason clients come back.

Written before started
No work begins on a verbal. You get scope, price and dates in writing, and so do we, so there is one version of the job.
Same-day on slippage
If a delivery or a milestone is going to miss, you get told the day we know it, with what we are doing about it.
Everyone goes home
Inductions, PPE and method statements on every site, and work stops when a condition is unsafe. That one is not negotiable.
The invoice matches the quote
Nothing appears on a bill that you have not already approved in writing. Variations get priced and signed before they get built.
