Logistics
Moving goods to a date somebody can hold us to
Most transport problems are planning problems. We work out the route, the vehicle and the timing before the load is booked, so the date we give you is a date we can keep rather than one we hope for.
Road freight
Full loads and part loads, nationwide. Palletised, loose or containerised. Scheduled runs on a fixed cycle where the volume justifies it.
Container movement
Collection from the ports and delivery inland, plus unpack and onward distribution. Import and export both ways.
Warehousing
Storage, stock handling, pick and pack, and dispatch. Stock counted in and counted out, so what the record says matches the floor.
Site deliveries
Plant, materials and equipment onto live construction sites, timed against the site programme rather than dropped at the gate.
Construction
Built to a programme, with the site kept safe
Civil and building work for private clients, developers, public bodies and main contractors. We price the scope in front of us, we say what is excluded, and we run the site so that the people on it go home the same way they arrived.
Civil works
Earthworks, bulk excavation, roads and surfacing, stormwater, and water and sewer reticulation.
Building works
Structures and concrete, brickwork, roofing, carpentry, plumbing, electrical first and second fix, and finishes.
Refurbishment
Alterations, upgrades, repairs and planned maintenance contracts on buildings that stay in use while we work.
Subcontract packages
Defined packages for main contractors, run to your programme and your site rules, with our own supervision on the ground.

Pricing
Fixed price where the scope is fixed. Rates where it is not, with the rate and the measure stated up front. We do not quote low and claim it back in variations.
Safety
Inductions, PPE, method statements and incident reporting on every site. Health and safety files supplied where the contract calls for one.
Reporting
Progress on an agreed rhythm, weekly on most contracts. Proof of delivery on every load. A same-day call when a date is at risk.
Compliance
Company registration, tax and B-BBEE documents supplied on request for your vendor pack, before you have to chase them.
